Hello my fellow "foodies" ... This was a meal that I prepared some time ago, in April, I believe. It was Stuffed Flank Steak (stuffed with spinach, red peppers and goat cheese), we had it with garlic Parmesan mashed potatoes and asparagus. I received so many compliments from Facebook friends and family, so I decided to go ahead and share the recipe with you all. The recipe was actually found on Pinterest, boy do I love me some Pinterest. I tried it out and I loved it, though the next time I make it I'll be making some adjustments.
